The most challenging part of this business is when someone tells you Helping Hands international is not real and does not exist or they are just extorting money from people all in the name of helping the less privileged. The picture shown below is a proof that Helping Hands International is real and there ultimate goal is to empower the helpless,weak, handicapped, motherless, and those that are generally less privileged.
